Strawberry Daiquiri
If you’re feeling fun and fruity, try a strawberry daiquiri. Add 4 oz. light rum, ½ cup fresh strawberries, ½ cup frozen strawberries and 1 lime’s juice to a blender and blend until smooth. Add 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth again. Divide into 2 glasses and garnish both with a lime slice. This drink is smooth, tasty and classy.

Frozen Dark & Stormy
For something more laid-back, go for the frozen dark and stormy. Blend together 1 can ginger beer, 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, 1 lime’s juice and 2 cups of ice in a blender until smooth. Split between 2 glasses and pour 2 oz. of dark rum on top of each, floating. These are great for those relaxing summer evenings on the porch.

Berry-Guava Lemonade (Non-Alcoholic)
If you want to be adventurous without the alcohol, try making a berry-guava lemonade. Mash up 4 diced strawberries, then mix together with 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 tbsp. guava juice. Fill the glass with ice and add 6 tbsp. lemon juice and your choice number of lemon slices. It’s delicious!

Real Man’s Margarita
If you like your drink a bit more rugged than others, then the real man’s margarita is for you. First, salt the rim of a beer mug and fill it with ice. Add in some Mexican beer and a splash of tequila, followed by just a squeeze of lime juice. To really spice things up, mix in hot sauce to taste. Don’t forget to also wrestle a bear while you’re at it.

Cherry Cooler (Non-Alcoholic)
Finally, for those refreshing days out by the pool, stir up a cherry cooler. Purée one ½ pound of pitted cherries, along with ½ cup sugar and 1 cup of strong cold hibiscus tea. Mix and serve over ice and garnish with a mouthwatering cherry. This drink is perfect for kids to feel fancy!
